All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

2. Shipping

Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders: $14.99 within Australia and $34.99 for international destinations. Orders over $500 (AUD) ship free, regardless of destination. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

3. Returns & Refunds — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Gamma-7 products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Products must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

4. Manufacturer Warranty — 10 Years

All Gamma-7 devices are covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For the warranty to apply, the device must be in its original condition and appearance — free from physical damage, alteration, or misuse. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by improper handling. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
